Unbeatable location in the middle of town. Found in a local part of the town.

We have spent 3 days in family room with terrace and the perfect sunset, for instance, everything was brand-new. Location: the hotel was close to 1 outlet, the main pedestrian street and the boulevard of Oia. Tried some nice meals at Seagull Restaurant, located very close to the property.

The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and attended to all our requests. We really appreciated his suggestions for how to make the most of our Christmas getaway. the breakfast was also a highlight, as it was customizable and catered to our specific needs. the location of the hotel couldn't be beat - it was close to all the best photo spots, cafes, and shops in the area, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our time in the city.
The room we stayed in was quite small, making it difficult for us to move around comfortably. the bathroom was also cramped and inconvenient, causing some frustration during our stay.

The grand suite was absolutely amazing! The private terrace had breathtaking views of the Caldera and volcano. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of Santorini. As a guest with children, it was a magical experience for me and my family.
Personally, I found the air conditioning in the triple room a bit too cold at times. However, some guests may appreciate the refreshing coolness, so it's just my personal preference.

The breathtaking views and charming streets of this magical place create a sense of awe and inspiration. The pool and sunbathing area at the hotel are fantastic for enjoying exceptional service and soaking up the sun.
Oh, and let's not forget about the surprise of the closed pool and the disappointment of the room not living up to its glamorous pictures. How delightful!

We really got our money's worth at Museo Grand - the room was fantastic and the value for the price was top-notch. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just steps away, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal even better would be if they offered a bigger variety of options.

The value we got for our money was great, with a big room and a private balcony at Museo Grand. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main bus station, corner shop, and restaurants. The staff here was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been better with more variety.

I chose Museo Grand Hotel because I wanted to visit Oia Treasures Art Gallery, and the hotel's location was perfect for that. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and the professional staff at Museo Grand. The all-day pool bar added some extra flavor to my day, allowing me to enjoy refreshing beverages and delicious light meals while soaking up the Greek sun. The hotel's central location amidst lounge bars, cozy restaurants, charming shops, and fascinating galleries made it the perfect spot to explore.
No direct access to the pool area. The pictures on the websites are also misleading.
